RIFFRAFTING IS

– BIKERAFTING –

FOR

– FUN –

We all know our bikes will take us anywhere.

But like Marty McFly’s hoverboard, there’s a snag: they don’t cross water. Yeah, this problem has been solved already with excellent packrafts from Alpacka, Kokopelli and others who know that strapping your bike to an inflatable raft is the easiest way to make the whole world yours.

But maybe, like us, marveling at someone’s bikepacking photos on Instagram just reminds you that you just don’t have the time and means to escape to some remote Alaskan wilderness for such an adventure.

You could bring a packraft along on your usual Sunday ride, but it hardly seems worth spending $800 for that. So, is there a way to have all that fun without spending a fortune or even leaving your own backyard?

The answer is Riffrafting.

We’ve found we can unlock this kind of fun and freedom without the investment that proper gear requires. With about $50 and maybe a bit of luck, it turns out it’s doable. On this site, we’ll share everything we’ve learned so far.
